What has happened?
In the last few weeks there have been ping problems for random users late in the evening, never everyone was affected. The error was quickly identified and the hoster contacted DTAG (Deutsche Telekom AG) directly. Unfortunately, this contact is sometimes very difficult, as even the hoster can only work with tickets, which of course makes communication with each other very difficult and delays it. However, DTAG has taken care of the problem and we hope that this will now be a thing of the past and that we will be spared such problems in the future.
Furthermore, adjustments have been made to the firewall filters. The connection can now be established directly again and there are no more waiting times for the client.
