The behavior of an Admin – Head Admins!
Set of rules for /SPARTA/ community servers!
1. A player or member of SPARTA reports a cheater:
An Admin or Head Admin should then address the concern and observe the accused player.
If there is now a suspicion of cheating, the Admin or Head Admin is required to record a demo and gather all necessary information.
The following information is necessary:
- Ip of the accused player
- Name of the accused player
- On which server was it detected?
- Reason for ban request?
- Was a demo recorded?
Once all the information has been gathered an Admin or Head Admin is required to create a Ban Request in the forum, a template for this procedure can be found by each Admin and Head Admin in the appropriate sub-forum.
It is also possible to post a ban request with the above information in the SPARTA Discord server, for this purpose, each admin and head admin corresponding areas are available.
If after reporting a cheater by a player on the server or by a member of SPARTA no cheat is proven, any action will be forfeited and no further action is necessary.
2. A player on the server cheats:
An Admin or Head Admin is required to check what type of cheat it is. The procedure is different as follows.
The recording of the data explained in point 1. must be noted for the following offenses, so that a ban request can be processed successfully:
- Wallhack
- No recoil
- Silent aim
- Various scripts that affect the game
- Using more than 250 FPS
For all these offenses, recording a demo and gathering the information is essential, otherwise requests will be rejected and come to nothing. Furthermore, a ban request must be created, without this ban request, a ban request is void.
If it is an Aimbot, a direct ban is mandatory. Immediate action is necessary. Of course the following data must be summarized for the sake of order:
- Ip of the cheater
- Name of the cheater
After the ban, a ban request with the necessary information must also be made, whether in the forum or in Discord does not matter here.
3. AFK times on the server:
An admin or head admin is authorized to push players, including team members into spectator mode. If a player or a team member of SPARTA is more than 3 rounds AFK, the person will be promoted to spectator mode. If this is a player who is blocking the trenchgun or a scope, it is also possible to move them to spectator mode after only one round.
Admins and Head Admins are also authorized to expel players who stay too long in spectator mode. A kick from the server is possible after 5 rounds, if the server is full and slots are occupied.
4. Insults in the text chat:
Admins and Head Admins are authorized to deny access to text chat to players who insult other teammates or members of Team SPARTA. Furthermore, repeat offenses may result in a kick or in extreme cases a ban from all SPARTA servers.
5. Spaming in the text chat:
All admins and head admins are allowed to deny players access to text chat should they spam the text chat. In case of repetition a kick and in extreme cases even a ban on all SPARTA servers will be the consequence.
6. Short message (VoiceChat) spaming:
Spamming with the short messages is prohibited. Admins and Head Admins are authorized to kick players without warning or in extreme and repeated cases deny them access to all SPARTA servers.
7. Using more than 250 FPS:
All admins and head admins are authorized to expel players who use more than 250 FPS from the server without warning. In case of repetition a ban on all SPARTA servers is possible.
8. The use of bugs:
Admins and Head Admins are allowed to ban players who use bugs from the server without warning. In case of repetition, banning is possible on all SPARTA servers.
9. Jumps:
All admins and head admins are allowed to expel players from the server if they jump out of the maps. Furthermore jumps which are only reachable with 333 FPS are to be punished immediately. Using 333 FPS is a violation of point 7. of the rules, the procedure can be taken from point 7.
Jumps which are possible with 250 FPS or with grenades are allowed and will not be punished by the team.
10. Map voting:
Admins and Head Admins are NOT allowed to change cards by free choice.
An exception case occurs when the server is empty or little visited, then the team can decide to load a map which attracts more players.
(Even if it is annoying and often boring, the maps are chosen by the majority. Accordingly, the majority wanted this map).
11. Extraneous advertising:
All admins and head admins are allowed to expel any player from the server without warning should they advertise other servers or communities on our servers, in case of repetition even a ban on all servers is possible.
12 Blocking:
Blocking other players or team members of SPARTA is prohibited. Admins and Head Admins are encouraged to issue warnings. In case of repetition, the team is entitled to kick the person concerned and in extreme cases to ban him.
13. Unwanted names:
All admins and head admins are allowed to expel players with offensive names from the server without a prior warning. If the person in question uses the name again and does not change it, a ban on all servers will be the result.
14. Political issues:
Due to current events, all admins and head admins are allowed to ban politics related content. We do not wish to address these matters on SPARTA servers. All Admins and Head Admins are allowed to kick and ban people after a violation of this rule.
15. Religious content:
Just like political matters, religious content does not belong here. For this reason, admins and head admins are entitled to prevent this topic. Also, they are required to kick players after a violation of this rule and even ban them in case of recurrence.
16. Server language:
All Admins and Head Admins are authorized to ban and in case of repetition to kick players who are having big conversations in different languages on SPARTA servers. In extreme cases a ban is possible.
(Since we are a team in which everyone has a place, regardless of their origin, we prefer the English language here. English is the world language, for this reason we want English to be spoken on our servers, most people understand this).
Attention: Persons concerned in the form of Admins or Head Admins commit themselves to follow these rules, in case of a violation of these rules there may be consequences.
